手持ちの実機環境でcrmｺﾏﾝﾄﾞのmanを覗いてみたところ､
どうも 0や1, inf などｽｺｱ値の代替として用いられている予約語みたいですね｡
(ｽｺｱ値の方が廃れてるI/Fっぽい雰囲気｡そもそもcrm自体廃れてるみたいですけど)

意味としてはたぶん
Mandatory→必須(=ｽｺｱ値の inf)
Optional→ｵﾌﾟｼｮﾝ
Serialize→直列(同時に起動しない)
かな〜と思います(後半二つはｽｺｱ値わかりません)
確かに書いてある説明だけじゃわかりづらいですよね〜｡追加してもらえたら嬉しいですね｡
