ぐぐってみてもやはり
manual ･･･ 何かしら設定がなされた状態
unset ･･･ unset (何もされていない状態)
としか読み取れませんでした｡

言い回しの問題なんでしょうかね･･･｡
実際にCCNAの試験でこの問題は出たことがあるのでしょうか｡
